As the concept evolves, we thoughtfully integrate healthy home and energy-efficient considerations, ventilation, light, insulation performance, and materiality, ensuring every decision supports comfort, wellbeing, and longevity.
At this stage, we also prepare a detailed concept estimate, giving you a clear understanding of the investment required. This allows you to refine your design with confidence, align expectations, and make informed decisions before moving into final documentation.
You will receive refined concept plans, floor plans, elevations, and supporting details with unlimited revisions until everything feels resolved, balanced, and exactly how you envisioned your home.

Once approvals are finalised, your home begins its transformation.
As a full-service design-and-build team, we take care of all approvals, documentation, consultant coordination, and compliance requirements, insuring each step is handled with professionalism and precision. This allows you to focus on the enjoyable aspects of your journey: refining selections, exploring materials, and embracing the creative process.
Before construction begins, we prepare a comprehensive and highly detailed fixed-price quotation, capturing every inclusion with clarity and accuracy. This gives you complete confidence in your investment and allows construction to commence with certainty, transparency, and ease.

Before the official handover, we complete a comprehensive pre-walkthrough inspection, addressing any items early so there are no surprises. At handover, we walk through your home together, reviewing each space to ensure every finish meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Our support continues well beyond the moment the keys are handed over. We honour the full defect warranty period with responsiveness and care, and long after the warranty ends, we remain only a phone call away.
