They provide examples of past client experiences, outline building timeframes, and walk you through the design and build process. Initial estimates are also offered as a starting point. This consultation sets the foundation for a successful project, ensuring your vision is aligned with our expertise and capabilities.

Peter, Jacqui, and Joseph collaborate with you and their trusted architect to bring your unique vision to life. This meeting builds on our initial consultation, ensuring that your floor plan and front facade align perfectly with your design expectations and lifestyle requirements. This process is both engaging and enjoyable, setting a strong foundation for the rest of your boutique building experience.

This phase includes an exciting 3D virtual walkthrough ensuring the vision in your mind accurately comes to life – This is an absolute must as part of the Buildscope building journey.  A Sustainability Optimisation Report (highlighting energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives) is also provided along with automation and smart technology options, concept estimate and budget guidance. Floor plans and elevations including revisions, site survey, soil report form part of the concept agreement and is tailored together with professional guidance and a comprehensive post design brief meeting. Peter, Jacqui, and Joseph allow multiple design changes to the floor plan prior to sign-off, ensuring you can fully visualise your project before proceeding, thus avoiding potential budget blowouts and disappointment.

Peter, Jacqui, and Joseph collaborate with their architect and engineer to develop full construction issue drawings. Buildscope will also arrange an interior design meeting with you and introduce you to key suppliers to begin itemising selections and finishes. Jacqui will provide a comprehensive builders fixed price quotation and will discuss in detail with you at our Buildscope Studio to ensure every detail included is understood and transparent, so you have peace of mind that our fixed price quotation is all inclusive of the entire project. An energy efficiency report for certification is also provided. Buildscope is a one stop shop and will manage the legal requirements for building permits and council approvals to ensure your project meets all local regulations and adheres to your energy efficiency goals, especially if you aim to achieve passive home principles.

Our meticulous building design and budget management in previous steps ensures that your beautiful home stays within budget and meets your expectations. This builds trust as a team (builder and client) and moves you one step closer to building your dream luxury home. The next step is a fixed-price building agreement to commence construction work on your boutique dream home.

Once all necessary approvals and contracts are signed, the construction phase begins. During this phase, regular site visits and ongoing communication with Peter, Jacqui, and Joseph are crucial to ensure everything proceeds as expected. Prior to the official handover, we provide a pre-walkthrough to address any concerns and ensure there are no surprises. This proactive approach allows us to resolve any issues and guarantee that your new home is perfect in every aspect. Good communication and regular site visits throughout the construction phase will have kept you well-informed, and this transparency continues through to the final stages.
