Perched high above the treetops with sweeping views across Adelaide, this Belair residence was designed as a personal sanctuary, a place where modern luxury meets a deep connection to nature.
Originally, the homeowners approached the project with an existing design. But once they met the Buildscope team, they felt inspired to begin again – reimagining the home from the ground up to make the most of their stunning hillside outlook. Together, we created a vision that celebrated the view as the hero, introducing open, light-filled spaces, expansive glazing, and flowing sightlines that connect every room to the landscape.
Using an immersive 3D Virtual Walkthrough, our clients were able to experience their home before it was built, exploring how sunlight would move through each space, how the joinery and finishes would interact with natural light, and how every detail would feel in real life. This process allowed the design to evolve with clarity and confidence, ensuring the home felt exactly as they had imagined.
