Set on a sandy, sloping block just moments from the shore, this two-storey architectural residence embodies luxury coastal living. From the outset, teamwork was vital with deep excavations, narrow access and complex detailing required precision, trust and collaboration across every stage of the build.

A defining feature of the home is the swimming pool and spa with an infinity edge built along the boundary. This remarkable design element presented its own challenges, particularly around the boundary and retaining walls, and demanded close collaboration between the Buildscope team and structural engineers to achieve both aesthetic impact and structural integrity. Through open communication and problem-solving, the vision was brought to life seamlessly.

The home’s timeless coastal palette is anchored by feature brickwork in La Paloma Grande 50 Castellana to the front façade and alfresco, complemented by Sandstone Ashton Split Face Stone.

Inside, American Oak staircases, Caesarstone benchtops and hand-finished details add warmth and refinement, balancing architectural precision with a sense of calm.
