Through 3D walkthroughs, you can move through each space, understand proportions, and experience how the home will feel before construction begins. This allows key decisions to be resolved with greater confidence.
At this stage, we also prepare a concept estimate, providing a clear understanding of your project investment and allowing the design to be refined before progressing further.

Documentation + Construction
Once the design is aligned, we prepare detailed documentation, manage approvals, and coordinate consultants to ensure everything is ready for construction.
A comprehensive fixed-price proposal is developed prior to building, providing clarity and certainty before work begins.
Construction is then delivered with a structured and transparent approach, supported by regular communication and consistent oversight.
Handover + Ongoing Support
Handover marks a meaningful milestone, the moment your home becomes yours. We take care to ensure it feels considered, complete, and a fitting conclusion to the journey.
Before handover, we complete a detailed inspection to ensure every aspect of your home meets our standards. At completion, we walk through the home with you, reviewing each space to ensure everything is delivered as expected.
Our support continues beyond handover, with ongoing care and responsiveness throughout the defect period and beyond.
